Stuff that caught my attention this week
This week I've been on vacation. The last few weeks had been particularly hard at work, and the impact of DANA and its consequences served as a jug of cold water for me to realize what really matters. I decided that I should stop for a few days to rest, reconsider my future, and think about what I want and need.
So what have I been doing during this week off?
I've been caring for a dog we are fostering for a few months. He's super loving and super social, but still doesn't know the basics. So there are tons of new things to practice and learn together. Who wouldn't love a dog like him? :’)
I decided to finish a first version of my website and write a first case study to publish. It's made with Astro for fun and to learn. And wow. I enjoyed, but please don't be picky with my code. There are still plenty of things to be improved.
The Bsky glow up came with thousands of people began to migrate there. I'm especially hopeful about this. Not only for obvious political reasons, but also due thanks to the freedom the platform provides, new creative initiatives are emerging. Something I was missing from the good-old-Twitter.
